Who we are
Pocket Pit sells the Pocket Pit, Ultralight Portable Firepit through https://pocketpit.com.au.

Where we ship
We currently ship Australia-wide to delivery addresses in all Australian States and Territories.
Shipping within Australia is free. If checkout offers delivery outside Australia, the rate shown at checkout applies.
How we fulfil orders
We fulfil every order by dropshipping from our supplier as the default. Your firepit is packed and sent by the supplier / fulfilment partner. We do not hold advertised inventory, we do not operate a warehouse, and we do not offer local pickup.
Dispatch location can vary. We do not name a specific courier.
Because goods are dropshipped, lead times can be longer than for a store that ships the same day from local warehouse stock. We will email you when your order is confirmed and again when it is on its way, where tracking is available.
Dispatch and delivery
- Dispatch: within 2 business days of payment (dropship from supplier as default).
- Delivery: typically 5–12 business days within Australia. Remote / WA / NT may take longer.
- Shipping within Australia is free.
- We do not promise next-day delivery and we do not name a specific courier.
If there is a delay, we will contact you using the email on your order. If we do not supply the goods within a reasonable time (or any time we specifically agreed), you may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law — including, in some cases, to cancel and obtain a refund.
Shipping costs and the product
Prices on pocketpit.com.au are in Australian dollars (AUD). The product price for the Pocket Pit, Ultralight Portable Firepit is $99.95 AUD unless a different price is shown at checkout.
We are not registered for GST. The advertised price is in AUD and is not described as including GST. We do not charge GST on this product.
Shipping within Australia is free. There is no extra delivery charge at checkout for Australian addresses.
The firepit is a light parcel (about 600 g product weight; about 800 g shipping weight; expanded size about 42 × 42 × 32 cm once set up).
Tracking and delivery
Where the carrier provides tracking, we will pass it on by email.
Please use a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel, or where the carrier can leave it safely in line with their rules. If you give us an incorrect or incomplete address, extra delivery costs or non-delivery may be your responsibility, except to the extent the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
If a carrier marks a parcel as delivered and you have not received it, email us promptly at pocketpit@aranburns.com so we can raise it with the carrier.
Damaged, lost, or missing items
Inspect your parcel when it arrives, if you reasonably can.
If the firepit arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, or if it does not arrive, email pocketpit@aranburns.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and product where relevant. Do not use a damaged firepit.
Your rights for faulty, damaged, not-as-described, or never-delivered goods are explained in our Refund Policy and under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights cannot be excluded. A delivery delay or a dropshipping arrangement does not take them away.
Local pickup
We do not offer in-store, warehouse, or local pickup. If our product page appears to show “pickup available”, that is an error — it is not an offer of pickup.
Duties to you as the seller
We are the seller you contract with when you buy on pocketpit.com.au. We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered. We will not tell you to deal only with a manufacturer or overseas supplier instead of us if there is a problem with the product we sold you.
Returns
To return an item, email pocketpit@aranburns.com. We will send return instructions. Do not post anything until we confirm.
